Appointments

Choosing a time on this site sends me a request. I review every request personally and confirm by email, usually the same day. Your appointment is held from the moment that confirmation reaches you.

Online booking closes 24 hours before a session, so the soonest time you can request online is tomorrow. For anything sooner, call or text (707) 596-3117.

Cancellations

As a courtesy, please give 24 hours notice for any cancellation. A no-show or a late cancellation is charged the full session amount. Your confirmation email carries a link to cancel online up to 24 hours before your session; closer than that, please call.

This is the same policy quoted while you book. Where the two ever differ, this page governs.

Payment

Payment is settled in person at your session. Cash payments earn 8% off.

Prices shown on this site are current as of the date above and may change. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay for that visit.

Gift certificates and packages

Gift certificates are available. Prepaid massage packages are also available: 3 sessions save 15%, 6 sessions save 20%, 12 sessions save 25%. Packages are prepaid and shared across every massage style, so each session can be whatever your body needs that day. Ask at booking, or reach out and I will set it up.

Under California law a gift certificate bought for cash does not expire. Prepaid packages have no expiry date and stay on your account until they are used.

What these sessions are

I offer massage therapy, bodywork and energy work for relaxation and wellbeing. Sessions are not medical treatment, and nothing offered here diagnoses, treats or cures a medical condition. If something in a session points to work outside my scope, I will say so and tell you who I would see.

Your part

Please tell me about injuries, conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or anything else that affects what is safe for you, before the session starts. I will adapt the work or recommend someone better suited. A session can be stopped at any point, by either of us, for any reason.

Information on this site is offered in good faith and kept current. It is general information about the services I offer, and it stands apart from advice given to you personally during a session.

Limits

I am responsible for the services I provide. Liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service the claim concerns.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes belong to the courts of Sonoma County, California.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms are posted here with a new date. Booking after a change means the current version applies.
