Common questions
What should I wear for a Reiki session?
Reiki is done fully clothed, so wear something comfortable. You rest on the table under a blanket with the music low while Chelsea works lightly on or just above the body.
It's my first massage. Which style should I pick?
Swedish is a gentle place to start. Every session is tailored and the pressure is adjusted as you go, so you can decide as you go.
How long are sessions?
Massage and Reiki are offered in 70 or 90-minute sessions. The signature Five Senses Body Treatment runs about 2.5 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour cancellation notice is asked as a courtesy. Payment is settled in person at your session, and cash payments earn an 8% discount.
I am pregnant, or in or recovering from cancer treatment. Can I book?
Yes. Prenatal and oncology bodywork are both offered. Add a brief note when you book so positioning and protocols can be adapted to you.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available, and so are prepaid massage packages: 3 sessions save 15%, 6 save 20%, and 12 save 25%. Ask at booking.
Where are you, and when are you open?
Chelsea's studio is in Santa Rosa. Sessions are Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment.
